When we arrived the Wrocław Christmas Market was still partially setting up, so not in full swing yet but we could still enjoy this beautiful celebration of community and all the festive joy.
In the heart of Wrocław’s picturesque Old Town we wandered through the stalls with a warm drink in hand, listening to the cheerful music and admiring the seasonal decorations and handcrafted goods.
With the scent of roasted chestnuts filling the air, I indulged in the traditional Polish dish pierogi (dumplings) followed by a generous helping of gingerbread, pastries, and hot chocolate.
If you find yourself near Poland during the winter months, a visit to Wrocław’s Christmas Market would be highly recommended and don’t make the same mistake of arriving a few days early.
